I started Sam’s Garlic Shack because I had too many peppers, not enough patience, and a stubborn urge to try something different.
As someone with ADHD, regular work just never fit—and that’s okay. Now, I channel that chaos into bold, small-batch sauces that invite everyone to the table (mess and all).
